  • UCAYALI RIVER / YANALLPA RIVER / PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE

    Boarding skiffs (small boats), start the day like Amazon River dwellers, cruising along the Ucayali and Yanallpa River. As farmers and fishermen go about their business, search for pink river dolphins in these pristine waters.

    In the afternoon, explore a fascinating black water stream aboard skiffs, part of the vast Amazon flooded forest within the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. 

  • PUINAHUA RIVER / PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE

    This morning embark on a full-day excursion along the Pacaya tributary within the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, observing and exploring the flooded forest of this vast region of the Peruvian Amazon.

    After a picnic lunch, visit some of the most beautiful lakes in Pacaya Samiria and meet local guardians of the Reserve’s natural resources.

  • UCAYALI RIVER / VILLAGE VISIT / CLAVERO LAKE

    Choose among jungle walking, canoeing, kayaking or swimming excursions on the black waters Yarapa or Clavero River.

  • SAN JOSE PARANAPURA TOWN / ARRIVE IN NAUTA

    Visit the quaint riverside town of San Jose de Paranapura en route to Nauta. Before saying goodbye, we will visit the Manatee Rescue Center, a sanctuary for orphaned Amazonian manatees to rehabilitate before their release back into the wild.

  • Explore Plaza de Armas.

    Visit the Cathedral of Santo Domingo and Qorikancha.

    Take a guided tour of Cusco's historical sites, including Sacsayhuaman, Q'enqo, Pukapukara, and Tambomachay.

    Explore the San Pedro Market for local crafts and cuisine.

  • Travel to the Sacred Valley, visiting Awanakancha to see Andean camelids.

    Explore the Pisac Market and archaeological site.

    Visit the town of Ollantaytambo and its impressive Inca ruins.

    Overnight stay in the Sacred Valley.

  • Visit the agricultural terraces of Moray and the salt mines of Maras.

    Optional activities include mountain biking or hiking in the area.

    Return to the Sacred Valley for the night.

  • Take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu.

    Explore Aguas Calientes in the evening and prepare for your visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

  • Early morning visit to Machu Picchu with a guided tour.

    Explore the ancient citadel and take in the breathtaking views.

    Optional: Hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain (must be booked in advance).

    Return to Cusco via train in the evening.

  • Depart from Cusco or explore any remaining sites or activities in the city based on your departure time.
